General Terms And Conditions

Define
These terms and conditions apply to any contract/sale entered into between Office Line and you, the customer.

Quotations
Any quotation given by Office Line may be varied or withdrawn at any time prior to acceptance. Prices quoted by Office Line exclude Goods and Service Tax (GST). You agree that Office Line's prices may change when suppliers to Office Line change their prices. If there is such a change Office Line will inform you and you may within seven days either confirm or cancel your order.

Specification
You will be responsible for providing Office Line with an accurate description of the goods and/or services you ask Office Line to provide. Any loss to any person because the description you have given is not suitable will be borne by you . Any measurements stated on Office Line's website, marketing material or quotations are in millimetres (unless specifically noted otherwise) and are approximate. Where overall dimensions are critical to an installation, a request must be made for exact dimensions at design stage and Office Line will provide in writing.

Payment
Approved Credit Accounts
Strictly as per terms granted by Office Line
No Approved Credit Account or first transaction
a) Full Payment on placement of order for orders less than $2000.00
b) 50% Deposit with Order and balance prior to despatch for orders greater than $2000.00
Office Line reserves the right to:
a) Refuse credit
b) Withhold the supply of goods unless agreed terms have been met.
Office Line will charge you interest on all overdue accounts at the rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount
Office Line will charge you for all costs including those of legal practitioners, commercial agents or other agents that are engaged to collect amounts owed by you to Office Line or to recover goods.

Delivery
Whilst every endeavour will be made to effect delivery by the date given, Office Line shall not be liable to penalties or damages (either direct or indirect) for failure to deliver within the time stated due to causes beyond Office Line's control. Where prices quoted include delivery, this is to easily accessible ground floor locations unless otherwise note on the quotation.
Additional charges may apply for:-
a) Delivery to above ground floor locations
b) Setting up of furniture
c) Where goods cannot be delivered due to building delays, finished goods will be stored and re-delivered at current commercial rates which shall be to your account
Office Line's evidence of proof of delivery is a bill of lading or a carrier's receipt.

Risk and title
The Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you (including any person appointed by you to accept the goods – including your nominated carrier.) Title to the goods will not pass to you until Office Line has received payment in full in clear funds.

Cancellation of Orders
Once an order has been placed with Office Line, cancelling the order will incur an order cancellation fee, which is subject to the production stage of the goods involved.

Claims
Claims in relation to quantity or quality of goods or services provided by Office Line must be made within 7 days of the date of invoice relating to those goods and services.

Return of Goods
Return of goods will not be accepted unless Office Line has authorised the return and then subject only to receipt of such goods in the same order and condition as that in which they were delivered. A restocking fee will apply to all goods returned, and related delivery or installation fees will not be refunded. Goods made-to-order are non-refundable.

Liability
Office Line's maximum liability, in its sole discretion, is the repair or replacement of a product that is the subject of a warranty claim.

Warranty
Office Line conditionally warrants its products to be free from faulty materials and workmanship for the time period offered on the product by the manufacturer under normal usage, commencing from the date of invoice.

Applicable law
In the event of legal action being considered necessary the laws of Western Australia shall apply.
